With TeamGrid Client Access, you can enable access to projects for your customers. Your customer can view project-specific information and actively intervene in the project. You always have the opportunity to choose what your customer sees and what features he is allowed to use.

How does the customer get access?
To enable customer access for your customer, open a project and click "Edit Project". In the left sidebar you will find the item "Customer access". Just enter the contact details of your contact person, activate the customer access and select the permissions. Your customer will now receive an e-mail with the invitation to your project.
What is the surface that the customer uses?
If your customer accepts the invitation, they will receive their own free limited edition TeamGrid. Your customer will find the project you have approved in the Projects app and can view the content you have defined and use functions.
Which functions can I activate for my customer?
With the extensive TeamGrid rights management you can choose in great detail what your customer may see or do. You can choose whether your customer is allowed to see information about the budget and billing. Likewise, you can choose whether your customer can create new tasks, view the detail view of a task, view and create comments about tasks, and much more.
